– We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original, unopened condition. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars of UMF Manuka honey.

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

– Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, minus any shipping and handling fees.

– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
